• OrboX® is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

4.1 Delivered But Not Received:

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, please wait a few more days as delivery may still be in progress. We cannot issue credits for orders marked as delivered to a matching address.

4.2 Package Pickup:
